Tv in conservatory

Hi guys

i have my panny g20 plasma in the conservatory, watching it is ok as its mainly for evening use. My concern is with the changing temperature in there is it likely to damage the tv at all and with the sunlight I do get will that damage the screen. Any ideas?

No. Unless it is direct sunlight. However, if it is behind filtered light, such as a window, then there is no real threat of damage.

hi everyone ive got my pioneer in the conservatory and when its not in use i just cover it up with some sheeting

I agree direct sunlight won't affect the screen but it may fade the housing at the back. I noticed the plastic house at the back of our Sony CRT which sits in front of a large window is badly faded.
