transferring Itunes library

I'm getting a new PC tomorrow as my laptop is getting a bit wobbly and not sure if its got much left to give. Looking for a nice simple way to transfer my itunes. I am thinking of it this way. I have everything backed up to a Clickfree. I install Itunes onto the new PC. I restore to the new PC using the Clickfree, and this will automatically populate the Itunes with all my backed up tunes. Or is this just a tad too simplistic ?

When I got a new laptop I put all my music files in a stand alone hard drive and once I had downloaded itunes off the internet, I put the files back onto the new laptop and then in itunes, Edit - Preferences - Advanced - Change, located the files and then OK.
