Question Total novice to Headphone Amps HELP🎧

Finally i got the Zen can Amp and its brilliant very well made sounds awesome looks awesome , huge diffrence and only tried it for a short time yet to try the balanced method.
The only issue i had was the supplied RCA cable was loose fitting on the Amp not sure why but fitted the Zen Amp fine it was very loose on the Marantz easy fix happy i got it .
