TOSHIBA 46SV685DV any good for £1200,00?

i just wondered if the toshiba 46sv685db was a good deal at £1200,00, i know the what hi fi guys gave it a grilling, but thats with a £2700 price tag, does any body own one and what do they think, are the black levels anything to write home about, if any of the experts read this id really appreciate their feedback as im seriously considering buying this, and id love a few more opinions and a bit of advice on maybe what other tvs would be worth spending a £1200 budget on?

I have seen this set for £1399 and was thinking the same thing, i wouln't mind knowing who is selling it for £1200 as that could possibly seal the deal for me. I am deciding between this set and the 50PK990 LG plasma for a similar price.

Toshiba have the new SL and WL models out in a couple of weeks however they are Edge lit LED's and have not seen any reviews yet. The WL is selling for around £1100 online for the 46".
