Topfield 5810PVR - native resolution

I was just wondering i have the above pvr what is the native resolution of this machine - it obviously has an hdmi socket so will output upto 720p but i was wondering is standard definition 576p and then the topfield upscales to 720p?

Well, it's a Freeview PVR, meaning standard resolution is just standard TV broadcast resolution which is 576i. The box will then be upscaling it and deinterlacing it to 720p. Are there are menu options to change this?

thanks for that was just messing and when set to 576 i thought my onkyo 876 was doing a better job of upscaling to 72op for my projector as reduction in spots around images especially with football
