Top three choice for headphones

I'm looking to buy a pair of on-ear or over-ear headphones, and I've only had the opportunity to try out some Bose cans that fit the specs I want. Both QC 15 and the AE2i sounds ok (compared to my Grado SR125's), but I didn't care much for the QC3's that I thought sounded quite muffled and not even up to the AE2i standard. I need my cans to have a microphone and they have to be a closed type (notice cancellimg is nice, but not a priority), but other than that I would go for sound quality before anything else (up to aprox 3-350 euro).

What would be your top three picks in this category?

BTW, I listen to more or less anything, but most frequently techno and other variations to electronic music.
