I'd suggest taking the batteries out of the remote over night, although 15 minutes or so might do it. then follow the instructions provided earlier.

If, after trying it, you find you're not happy with it, you can always revert back to your present set up.

Isn't this only for those that never use volume on TV and only ever on amp? If so, great. If not, poo.

PAULRYAN52: By 'revert back to your present set up' I was meaning that if it doesn't work (or you don't like it), you can always re-set your remote to how it is at the moment (e.g. controlling the volume on your TV).

FunkyMonkey: Hehe, I guess you're right. It'll suit some and not others. As they say: One man's meat is another man's poo!!!

I believe that programming the sky remote it is a one time entry. If you wish to change the handset to operate another piece of AV equipment you have to reset the handset.

No that isn't necessary, just repeat the process from the beginning and it'll reprogram it, I've changed mine a couple of times.

When I set mine to do the amp it did take me a few attempts to get the sequence right.
