The Naim app itself is pretty good (with the caveat that I have been a Sonos fan for a long time now!) but I have the same issues with occasional drop outs and the app not recognising the streamer after my ipad or Android phone go to sleep when using Tidal. Sounds like Tidal specific problems; issues they are no doubt working hard to fix.

My free Tidal trial expired.

I enjoyed the sound quality but preferred certain things spotify premium does.

However, as a B/Friday deal Tidal are offering 4 months for the price of one. Sounds like a good deal.

The user Interface and features are poor compared to Spotify, but have hope in the fact that it is still a beta version. They haven't taken out the good stuff yet and I'm thinking they will. Eventually...

To be honest I am happy with Spotify and wouldn't have renewed on SQ alone but 4months of Flac quality for a a fiver each is to good to turn down.

I'll re-evaluate in March.
