Hi I've just signed up to tidal free subscription for 3-months and the money has been taken out my account. but everytime I click on a song it says subscription expired

Have you ever had a Tidal special offer trial before? It is generally new customers only.... if not then email customer support!

If it's new customers only it shouldn't have let him pay in the first place.
