Anyone knows if i can really improve sound accuracy with iDSD nano DAC from iFi (or similar) over my actual 3,5 mm connection between my samsung note 3 and my denon amplifier? I'm a Tidal FLAC user and I would like to take the best of it as an hi fi audio source. Thanks

Providing you use the correct cable, 'OTG' not regular USB it should work fine.

Not cheap though, especially if you do not have DSD material.

I found myself in a similar ditto to the above situation, and didn't want to fire up the PC everytime I wanted to listen to TiDAL / Spotify / Music on my NAS Box etc. Ended up with a Raumfeld Connector which does the job and some. Analogue in and out. TOSLink out. Wired and Wireless ethernet. USB supporting DLNA/UPNP. All packaged up with a lovely ios/droid app which controls TiDAL / Spotify / TuneIn radio / DLNA etc etc. You can even try it out for 8 weeks and if you don't like it send it back.
