Thinking of Bidding....

on this nice little Amp, anybody ever had one and had experience with one ?

Can't find much about it on the internet to be honest.

I reckon it must be about 60 WPC but not sure as I've never seen one! It definitely looks good!

I wouldnt bother. Cheap bread and butter amp from Pioneer. You dont say anything about the rest of your gear?

If you want a good cheap Pioneer amp? Try and search for the classic Pioneer A400x A much better buy.

No, not seen this model before. Just try win the auction and if it's no good you can sell it on again - probably at a profit. Don't bid until near the end.

The only guarantee is old Pioneer didn't make a bad amp.....

I used to have the SA-706 with Wharfedale E20 speakers - worked a treat.

Aye Can't beat Pioneer kit

I love my Wharfedales funnily enough though I have looked on ebay for my speakers as a bit of Daft but they aren't on there they aren't even on Google. The ones that are on Google and eBay are indeed s500's but not the ones that I have.

Some models are like London buses - you wait ages for one, suddenly two or three come along at once.

I would question your choice about CDP change. I suppose I'm biased, I used to have (in the attic) RCD 975 and it is easily a match for my Arcam CD73 - immensely impressive.

Chris, I wouldn't keep posting what you are bidding on; if someone says it's good on here then the view count and potential bid count could go through the roof!
