just read the review again and yes you do have to charge them! When are they going to create headphones wireless ones that you don't have to charge?

They could have a replaceable battery like camcorders... Remove battery and charge. This way you could continue to use them when charge without your head being plugged into a socket.

Given how tiny the Sony earphones are, that might not be terribly practical.
