Last night I was surfing the net and came across my first ever cassette deck. Attached to the amp and deck are.... watch it and see.

Cheers PP - very interesting; I've seen a few pairs of the company's speakers and they're apparently very good. 16" woofers? Yowza! Gimme da bass!!

EDIT: Just looked on youtube and there's a bunch of other Sansui listings - must have a look at the G33000 receiver at some point - massive bit of kit, but apparently sounds sublime.

EDIT 2: Here's one for my amp - with the 717 tuner - note how he doesn't have to turn it up much to get it putting out some serious sound. Mine usually sits at about 6.35 on the clock - or typically no more than two notches on the volume pot. Way more than plenty!

And not so deep either - changing times/designs - just saw another one where a guy's hooked up some Cerwin Vegas to a 919 amp. The woofers are juddering away - wouldn't fancy being his neighbours! Played off an open reel deck though - bet it sounded pretty decent.

Pretty strange - the RS6s are easier to site than my old Wharfdales, which are standmounted. They are double the width....
