What's more, it's not obscure - its used by whitehouse.gov, data.gov.uk, the economist, ITV and the BBC (for some of it's web channels). Oh, and http://www.eurostar.com/web ;-) (I stuck the /web on the end to force you to go to the desktop site, even on mobile, since the mobile site is not Drupal...yet).
Tapatalk is a bit old hat now anyway - responsive design is where it's at, and I am guessing that would be part of any redesign - I see that Stuff.tv went responsive when it relaunched a few weeks back.
