1000003442.jpgHi everyone. I seem to have inherited this turntable. I found it in a garage in it's original box. No lid unfortunately.
I've plugged it in but the motor doesn't go round although I haven't checked the plug fuse yet. I'd really like to get it working and maybe use it instead of my Project debut?
The arm has got Roksan Tabriz on it. Is that a good thing? It's got no cartridge so I'll have to get one. There's no drive belt.
Are all the spares still available?
Is this still rated as a good turntable?
Thanks in advance!!

Looks like a SYSTEMDEK IIX / IIX900

New Belt , New bearing oil & New cartridge ( looks like something fitted at present will need a new stylus )
Motor off the shelf used a linn/rega to this day + probably needs a new start capacitor for the premotec./airpax motor
Tonearm headshell leads & internal wiring might be needed if corroded in poor storage

Spares costs = £100/300 & Fully sorted should be worth = £300/450
