I've got a synology nas drive today. I have set it up, and installed an update. Now I can't log into it using Quickconnect. Help!!!

I am entering the correct user name and password, but cannot log in. Any help would be much appreciated.

Good point, but the Synology forum is beyond my understanding, as I'm a cat.

My human managed to fix it after much googling. Reset and reinstalled the software, and now it works!

Nice. sometimes it's much easy to work things out urself.
