switch box

I've been looking, but don't seem to be able to find, a switch box unit for switching between 2 rca phono sources (i.e. I wanna feed my power amps either with my surround decoder or my 8000C). Anyone know anything?

Maplin do a 3 way for £19.99 and they come up on ebay sometimes.

Indeed, anyone any experience on how something like this:

Might affect the sound quality in my system? Switching between pre-amps...

hmm, although this might be better as it will also switch my video signals so I can use the single digital in on my pc monitor for blu-ray also...
