SVS Power leak from audio out pins (:help: )

Hi

I own a svs sbus i recently notied that i get slight electric shock from the RCA slot of the svs subwoofer! I wonder whether this is normal behaviour. I tried a electric tester (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:LUX-Neon_test_light.JPG) It glowed confirming athat electricty is flowing pout in large quantity this happens when the sub is connected to power no need to even switch it on . Can any one try on their own amp and tell me whether this is normal ?

Well the power leaks from all pins whether its input or output pin! , I didnt connect any input while testing. subwoofer was isolated.
