About to purchase the Sony KDL40W4000U TV and want to get something which will improve the sound for viewing bluray with my PS3.
With 2 young kids at the moment buying surround sound set up isn't practical as would never get to enjoy it (volume needs to be low of an evening) and it would be no time before the speakers would be knacked - crayons, jam etc! - so am going to wait a few of years before investing.
In the meantime have been exploring the surround sound headphones option to get the best sound while dealing with above issues. The only ones I can find are the Sony MDRDS3000K which are wireless with Dolby Digital 5.1 sound. I can't find any review on the website.
Does anyone know whether these are good? Are there any other options of surround sound headphones? I'm happy to spend a couple of hundred. Views appreciated.
