Sure SE 215 or Brainwavz B200 v2 ?

I don't want super accurate/neutral and I don't want bass monsters.

These two seem to fit the bill and they have replaceable cables.

Which One?

I can recommend the Brainwavz because I have a pair. Well presented package. Cannot comment on the SE215 but most Sennheisers come highly recommended but I haven't heard these.

Do you have V2 of the Brainwavz?

How is the bass? Some say it's a little bass light?

Normally I favour strong, punchy but tightly controlled bass but me thinks when out and about a very slight uptilt in that region may be a good thing.

This guy is reliable and his comparisons make the B200 look really good.

Yep - out and about, stronger bass is a plus.

Yep - out and about, stronger bass is a plus.

It's good and adequate, can be tuned slightly by your choice of ear plugs.

On my DMP I have any equalization switched off.
