Subtitle problem

Hi folks!

I was wondering if anybody knows how to insert new subtitles into a FULL DVD? I know the procedure with DVD RIP (just set the exact names for .srt and .avi files), but what to do with FULL DVD?

Is there a program by which I can edit DVD movie including subtitles??
