First post and visit on this forum, so forgive the possible lack of finesse🙂
My current setup is up for an overhaul due to smoke from my poor poweramp.
I have now,
Marantz av8003 preamp
Arcam p240 poweramp (new replacement for the mm8003)
Monitor studio gx200 gold speakers
Sources, tv, cd etc.
I am planning to go to a streaming service like tidal or qobus. So looking to either add a preamp with streaming, or a seperate preamp (pref with dac) and i.e. a bluesound node 2i.
The problem is the stereo preamp. The choices in the range of lets say 1500 - 2500 seem very limited and google isnt helping lol... Any suggestions or inspiration is very welcome indeed!
Ps for the record, i scratched the arcam st60 due to VERY bad software.
