Speakers for Rotel RA-11

I might have to buy speakers for a Rotel RA-11 amp without an audition (yeah I know). Any informed votes for either?:

-acoustic energy 301

-B&W 686 S2

?

i listen to jazz and classical and want a deep soundstage with detail and atmosphere.

Continuing to sound like a broken record on these forums, but here I go: XTZ 93.23 mk2. They will murder anything at the price and more, and go well with Rotel (tested them with Rotel RA1520 some years ago and made a mistake not buying them).

Thanks. An interesting set of speakers I haven't heard of before so glad for the pointer. Do not seem to be readily available for purchase right now though!

The AE I have available to me for less than half price.

i am somehow viscerally put off B&O as a brand...something deep inside tells me they are the Kings New Cloths but this is of course completely irrational.
