Hello Everyone

Hi.

I'm doing a system change now, it's been needing one!

Just ordered a brand new Project Debut III SE Turntable, have tested it down the shop on various different systems and I like it very much but would like to pair it with perhaps a different system than what i currently have. I have an extensive record collection! (at about 1000)... will probably use that and not my old Sansui frd35, what do you think about this? I'm open so suggestions are always welcome.

I have moved my monitor audio br1s onto the Denon dra-f107 away from my denon dm38dab. now I'm pondering about what speakers would go better with the smaller denon. The BR1s I tried were fantastic but now am not sure what to expect from others such as the BX1 or the BX2. Or are there any others... My budget is £220 tops, especially after getting a good turntable now..

Any advice is welcome since I am new to this !

If on a tight budget, then the Wharfedale Diamond 9.1 are worth a look here:

I doubt that you can do better for £100 (new).

+1 In fact, I'd buy them even if I had a bigger budget to blow. They're that good.

Saw your comment about Pre-Amp. At the moment I have the Sansui plugged into the Phono and grounded to the Denon unit (dra-f107dab). I haven't yet tried the new turntable on that hifi, am still weighing up various options. Going to local hifi shop this afternoon.
