Speaker Stand Suggestions for Tannoy DC4?

Does anyone have any suggestions for stands for my Tannoy Revolution Signature DC4 speakers? I have the speakers but no Yamaha Amp as yet, so I’ve not got round to getting the stands. The speakers are a funny curved shape at the back, so don’t know what would work best.

Might be a daft question, but do they just sit on the stands or should they be fixed to the stand somehow? There don’t seem to be any bits to connect on to the speakers themselves.

And I like chrome!

I used to have them and used an Atacama Nexus stand but they were too small for the baseplate and there was rather a lot of metal showing at the rear which did annoy me, so I think you'll need a stand with a small baseplate. I secured them (as I do with all stand mounted speakers) with good ol' fashioned blu tac.

Edit - Partington ansa 100's will work fine

Blu-tac sounds fine to me.

Does anyone else have any other ideas for stands? The Partington ansa 100s seem to have had lukewarm reviews from people. I might be picking it up wrong, but I'm not seeing that many rave reviews regarding them.
