I have been working on this review for a little while now, but at least my delay has given them time to actually be available in the UK now. I really loved the closed-back HP100 and now I have written up my feelings on it's new open-back cousin - the HP200. Clicky:

As an owner of the HP200 headphone, I have to say this review is as complete and accurate as anything I've read. I listen to a lot of electronic music, which is usually a bit too bright with the HP200, and so I've found some very simple but effective compensations. Highly recommended.

Thanks Dale! I am really impressed with SoundMAGIC as a brand. Their first two full size headphones have been nothing short of stunning. I will have to try their wireless model soon, even though I've never been convinced by it in the past the HP100 & HP200 are so strong they're worth a look purely on pedigree.

Your comment reminded me that I should have mentioned something in there about treble reduction as it does work well here.
