Sound Isolation

I bought some Beyerdynamic MMX101iE a couple of months ago because they were highly recommended in the mag.

I cannot fault their sound in anyway. They sound fantastic. I was using a pair of SoundMagic PL50's before that until the sound went from the right earpiece.

However i think the sound isolation with the Beyerdynamic MMX101iE is a joke. I have tried all 3 sized ear pieces, with the smallest of them being the best fit. But the sound difference with them in my ears compaired to them not being in is almost the same. So they are hopeless for walking down the street/wearing on the bus.

I need something with really good sound blocking properties up to £100

Any advice chaps?

maybe try your luck with comply ear pieces.

I used to have alike trouble with my sony ,and comply worked well for me.

By the way,be sure to choose the right size.

Both on the inner side to fit your earphone and the outer side to fit your ear.
