Sony X2000 can i use a blue ray player with 24fps?

Hi

I am looking at buying a blue ray player either a panasonic BD 30 or BD 50 if i can stretch to it. I have a Sony bravia x 2000 but this hasn't got 24 fps option. Will this mean I need to buy a new TV or will teh DVD player do alll the work?

Basically it means you may notice the judder effect when watching Blu-Ray discs as the player will insert an extra odd frame every now and then to compensate. Some people are more susceptible than others to this - I've only really noticed it once so it doesn't spoil my enjoyment. Might be worth getting a home trial of the player first with a few Blu-Rays to see if you notice it or not.
