So if I have this right, the new improved XM5 will:

- have 2 less microphones than XM4;
- not be foldable for travel;
- remove the ability to customize the NC/Amb button; and
- cause me to pay more, for less of a product?

I'd like to know more, but so far I'm not impressed.
