- Hoping a matte finish
- Keeping same DSEE-extreme (hoping ultimate @ even clearer sounding ES upgrade)
- (Hoping) Slightly larger body
- deeper bass response
- Larger — longer lasting —battery (approx 1000+ hrs of use isn't long enough approx 1.5 years lifespan @ 500 life cycles)
- Better battery care (case storage should have electronics AND/OR APP monitoring to prevent overcharging per user profile time/frequency used... Like XPERIA phones) option to sacrifice "standard" battery charging for lifespan (NO quick charge = which utilizes a charge cycle for constant case storage)
Mark 4 sounded the best
- Bulky, but more appealing than earlier versions
Mark 5 were a major disappointment
- Didn't have the soundstage (good highs. But not enough body and bass)
- Plastic Looked and felt too cheap (anything glossy is a major NO)
- due to decreased size the glossiness created a fumbling affect (if the matte finish most people would have no problems handling without dropping)
