Assuming I can get both for the same price(£1200-1300), which in terms of picture quality would be the better buy?

the x4500 is nearly 3 years old now, things move fast in the tv world, so i doubt it would be better than the hx803..

some said it was close to the kuro, i never heard anyone claiming it was better though..

not bothering with internet or 3d.
