Sony STRDG820 v STRDH800

Thanks to my son spilling coffee on my Sony STRDG820 I need to replace my broken amp. Richer sounds still sells this amp at some stores for £180, or would I be better of with its replacement the STRDH800 which sells for £40 more at RS. All I amp care about is sound quality. I am currently using a PS3 slim.

I could be wrong but isn't the sony STRDG800 for the american market.
