Hi

I am looking to purchase the above receiver. However I see from the spec that it is 175 mm high but my TV stand shelves are 170mm!!!

I don't want to buy a new stand so I was wondering if the feet on the receiver are removable so I can make it fit?! If not it looks like i might have to go elsewhere.

No dice, I'm afraid. The feet can be removed, though I wouldn't advise it as this will stop air circulating under the receiver, and anyway you'll need at least 3-5cm of airspace all round the receiver to keep it running cool. Overheating could cause the circuitry to cut out, and may also shorten the life of the unit.

Time for a rethink, it seems...
