Sony shop staff told me there is no KDL-32P3020!!

They said there is only a 37P3020. There of course clearly is a 32P3020 as we all know so why is it not in the Sony shop and are there staff really so bad that they dont know there is a 'P' 32'?

I'm not that shocked, sadly - when I went into my local Sony Centre recently they tried to convince me the PS3 remote control cost £36. When I pointed out it's £17.99 and they'd just double priced it, they were adamant. Five minutes later I was buying one for £17.99 in HMV....

I cant help but feel sorry for those customers who rely on the staff for advice. Yesus!
