think i might have a great deal for this, the tv + sony blu ray player BDP s350 for £1075. What does everyone think? I read the WHF magazine saying the s350 is a better player than the ps3 plus its about £100 cheaper so :)

Ordered my w4500 from electrosaver.co.uk for £864.99 plus £99 5year guarantee. Fingers crossed all will be well, it should arrive late next week.

A mate of mine had his last Wends, I saw sky tv running on it when I popped to see him Sun night. The picture quality was fantastic, even up close it held up well. He says upscaled films are even more impressive, and will check out bd soon.

I was interested to see sd picture quality as I do not have sky, having seen sd now I'll be very happy.

Jimralston:Has anyone bought the Sony 4500 and does it live up to the whathifi review, and if bought from a online retailer which would you recommend.

Hi there,

If you are able to email all your Sony Centres in yrou area ask what their best deal is first! I did this in my area in london - and I managed to get the TV + S350 player + 5 years warranty for £1099.99... Best deal even online with just the TV + 5 y warranty within the £50 mark, but then you might have to pay delivery..

Let me know how you get on

PS the TV is awesome!

Ben.

They are also offering a hdmi lead with it for free which they say retails for £50. Is that worth it for £1249?
