Sony BDP-S760 or Pioneer BDP-320??

I'm looking for the best picture and sound I can get for about £250 or so......

Which would you go for?

hi nick , i dont know if youve got a copy of this months whfi mag ? but in it , theres a supertest of blu-ray players , and theres two new ones from sony and panasonic , that iirc cost around the same as the bdp-s760 , and both better it ...worth looking into ?

Putting the current Sony 360 in the other room and upgrade a bit. I have caught the bloody AV bug again!

I got the mag and see the Sony BDP-370 gets the gong. I wanted to get a discounted mid range player as I have the Sony BDP-360 already and would like to improve on it.

Question: Is the 370 really as good as last years mid range players? If so, its a no brainer, unless soething better from Sony is on the very near horizon?

IMHO, it's not really a BIG upgrade if you go from the S360 to the S370. You already have the S360, so I'm guessing you're not in a hurry to upgrade. I would wait for the S770 & the new Pioneer players launching in the next few months. That would be a real upgrade, me thinks.
