Sony BDP-S350 one for all hack querie

I have a Logitech Harmony One remote, and from all the DVD region unlocking info I have come across I am still not sure if I can use this to unlock the player. They keep refering to a Magic Button, but I have no idea what this would be on my remote, or if it even has it.

Has only one unlocked their player using the Harmony One, or do I need to get another remote to do the job?

I think the hack has to be done using a 'One-4-All' brand remote.

If you find out differently, let me know. I'd quite like to make my '760 region free.

Thanks Big Chris, after looking at numerous other forums it would seem the One for All remotes are the ones needed. Now to track down one at a reasonable price.

Apparently the hack also includes your player Big Chris. I have ordered a All for One remote today at a steal of a price. It's not one of them which they have talked about, owing to it being a newer model. But thought I would give it a try. If it works I shall let you know. More than happy to post to you if it works, and all it will cost is the post for you to send it back.

Shall let you know how i get on. Fingers crossed, it arrives tomorrow!

It can be done with a harmony by all accounts but it looks far from straightforward, not allowed to post links but google "sony region free harmony" and theres some stuff there which should help you
