Sonos V Squeezebox Touch

Hi All,

Have had a couple of demo's with the Sonos and trying to find somewhere north/central London to get a demo or two of the Squeezebox system.
I am also ,when I get time and a car, planning to visit Ripcaster who have been excellent on the phone and they can demo both and NAS systems for me.

However I have been looking on line for an up to date comparison of the 2 systems and most of these seem old and not really answering my initial questions.Has anyone seen a 2012 comparison of the systems that they could point me toward ?

I am sure many will have their views of the pro's and con's of each and if you have time to share that would be great.

I was looking originally at M1 Clic but think one of these may be more suitable, both systems would play through DAC's into below systems.

This is my project for the year so if there are to be any soon to be announced upgrades these can be factored in, it takes me time to get my head around all this so not wanting to leap into anything !!

Both have plenty have happy users, but IMHO you can't say one is better than the other. Depends what features are important to you, what server you haveplan to use, and your budget

What I will add. When I got my DacMagic for my classic squeezebox the shop had found an improvement with the Sonos systems they sell. I also ford an improvement with the SB3. But when I got the SBT the DacMagic got sold as it did nothing for my set up.
