Small issue

Hi,

If I use direct source, both of my speakers are working, however when I use loudness, only the right one. I checked the cables, they are fine. Do you have any idea? (The balance is in the middle.)

Probably a dry joint on the circuit board, or a ribbon connector that isn't making good contact. If it's under warranty, take it back to the shop. If it's not, lift the lid and look for loose connections near or around the tone control board at the front of the amp. However if you're the type who will try to sue me or what hifi for giving you dangerous advice when you nearly fry yourself by stupidly poking at something near the power supply or reservoir caps, ignore that advice.
