Hi - first post & I could do with some advice please.
I've recently had an extension, and to avoid meddling little fingers (
) have had a pair of KEF speakers installed in the ceiling. The cables to these run down a small 'nook' wall which is about 50cm wide, exiting about plug socket height above the ground - circa 40cm up (to comply with building regs). I've rigged them to a second hand Denon RCD-N7 here.
I don't really plan on having anything else there, but would like something a little better than the cardboard box I have it propped up on. It's only a single shelf product, and quite small at that, so would appreciate some suggestions if possible on something petite to support it. I'm generally against wall mounted shelves as 1) it's brand new plaster and 2) I'm not really in to the "look" of shelves so low down.
Suggestions most welcome!
Thanks
Jon
