sky remote code to operate the volume on a q-tv2

I'd like to control the volume on my q-tv with my sky remote. Does anyone know the code? - I've spent an hour googling but with no luck.

My tv has has no headphone socket so its connected with optical and that's not controlled by the volume on the tv remote (which is presently programmed into the sky remote control).
