sky in another room?

whats the best and most affordable way to get Sky into another room?I have Sky HD box and Sky multiroom in the bedrooms but now want Sky into the kitchen(with a decent picture)

These two things are not going to give the same answer, so make your mind up which is more important. The cheapest way is simply to take a coax cable from the RF2 output on one of your other boxes to the kitchen, with a Magic Eye to allow you to change channel (I do this to my kitchen at the moment), however this will give you the lowest quality picture. The best quality is to take hdmi out of the other box into a splitter and send that to the kitchen, either with HDMI if it's less than 15 metres or use HDMI over ethernet if it's further than that. That isn't cheap though and, depending on your budget, may not be "affordable" either.
