SKY HD Picture Problem

Hi everyone, just got Sky HD and noticed that sometimes the picture
goes into slow motion for a second, its only for a very short time but
its very noticeable, anybody else have this problem and if so how do
you put it right?

im on my 5th sky hd box i have had picture freezing when fastfowarding and rewind also noises when switching channels recording failures.

I have just had the 5th box installed last week so far so good its a thompson, i have had a samsung 2 pace and amstrad previously all failed within weeks.

Ive got 9 months left till the 12 months are over and if i get many problems i may ditch the whole hd thing and stick to blu ray dvds

The main concern i have is that no body really cares at sky tv regardless of all the problems you have as long as they get your money. I have been with sky for 15years almost and its a shame that they cant get there service level better.
