as above

will be using an optical cable from HD box to processor and hdmi straight to the media box of the tv

are their settings that will need adjusting on the HD box ?

A couple of picture tips (mainly for your tv)

make sure your HDMI black level is low (i.e black!)

set your TV to 6500k or warm (all films and tv are shot in this color tone)

and regardless of weather you tv is 720p or 1080i/p set the sky box to 1080i 1) because sky transmits its HD in 1080i anyway so less scaling malarky 2) even if your tv is only 720p the TV will probably do a better job of converting to progressive than the sky box can (in most peoples experience)

As for audio all I can say is that sky HD seams a little quieter that regular sky and that you may need to play with the audio delay if you have problems with lip syncing.

Make sure they don't fob you off with a so-called "refurbished" Digibox (usually in a brown cardboard box but not always).
