simple USB SD card full HD player with HDMI

Hello

I am looking to buy one of these. I need ideally to play H.264, as .mp4 or mkv ok. I need Full HD 1080p. The video needs to be played on a loop and ideally it has a remote control. There is a lot of choice and I cannot choose one. Anyone has experience with these and could help me. My budget is under 100 for sure.

You could take a look at the mede8er plays (http://www.mede8er.eu/en/)

Might be a little over speced for what you want and maybe just outside your budget. I believe they accept an SD card and have an autoplay function which might do what you are looking for.

I just bought myself one as a Christmas present so only played with it briefly but it seem to be pretty good. I don't think they like mp4 all that much but mkv it seemed to play just fine.
