Should I upgrade my Tannoy Revolution Signature DC6T to Tannoy Definition DC8T ??

I have owned Tannoy Signture Revolution DC6T speakers for 3 years now and wonered if there would be a huge improvment in sound if I upgraded to Tannoy Definition DC8T speakers? and is the 2K price difference justifiabl to the improvment in sound ?

Also would I need to upgrade my amp -Denon AVR2808
