Just seen this beastie...and was impressed.As ex display ,the price is £699. with a free 5 year guarantee.

Cannot find any reviews, so....anyone out there with one? [Please]

And what is your verdict?

Well they sure are cheap,but as other Sharp reviews, they are not that great.good with HD but tuner produces very soft images that lack definition.

Would only be useing Virgin [maybe HD] and upscaling DVD material via Panasonic

DMR-EX77. untill I purchace Blu Ray

We have one on display and at £699 it is a very good set. In terms of entry level 46" screens it does a very good job and is surprisingly watchable with SD. With BD it is fine as you would expect. At the size and price with a five year warranty it is a steal to me and we are moving plenty with no user issues so far.
