Hi
Sorry if this is in the wrong forum but it's set-up related so...
I have just bought a Sony bdp s570 and I've connected it with an HDMI cable directly to the tv.
However I have a BIG problem....
The scene is:
My pvr is recording something from the tv and I want to watch a blu ray.
When the blu ray player is on and I change the channel to HDMI my pvr stops recording. It says it is recording but when I try to watch the programme back it cuts off from the time I changed the channel to HDMI and then resumes from the time that the blu ray player was switched off.
My pvr is connected via a scart and an aerial lead directly to the tv. It seems that when I change the channel to HDMI with the blu ray player switched on, the signal from the tv is switched off.
My tv is a Sony KDL-40S5500 and my pvr is an old Daewoo DSD9502T.
Has anyone heard of this before? If so PLEASE can you help?
