Here is my second review of the Sennheiser Momentum On-Ear (MOE) headphone. My previous MOE was given away, in spite of how much I loved the looks, the build, the comfort, and even liked the sound with a slight bass or treble adjustment. This time I had the Audioforge parametric equalizer, which has fixed all of the colorations and soundstage problems with this headphone:

I listened to Sennheiser Momentum 'on ear' this weekend and they are readily available to me to purchase. My alternative is V Moda XS which i cannot demo.

As you've now done a more recent review on the Momentum could you give me a direct comparison of the two in terms of sound, isolation, leakage and comfort.

I appreciate the info that you already given on this subject (as i've asked you lots about the XS qualities) but thought with you testing the Momentums so recently that it would be ideal to compare against each other.

Thanks

The XS isolation and leakage is not perfect, but still much better than Momentum On-Ear. The XS sound is better when no EQ is used. But the MOE wins on comfort.
