Sennheiser HD800 too leaky for the office?

My friend has some Grados and although they leak they are okay for the office at reasonable volumes.

Are the Sennheiser HD800's too leaky for use in an open plan office?

Hi there, can you demo and you decide?

I would think a bit less leaky than Grados to be honest.
